We've got apartment buildings, but we can only make use of them by creating a single unit (WHICH IS A WASTE OF RESOURCES & SPACE) - Let's work on creating a script where, if you go to an apartment building and you press E or Y (you're given a menu that shows available floors and available apartments) make them purchasable and also make it so that LEO and FIRE controls work there (being able to unlock the interior, being able to use flashbangs on that interior, being able to gas the interior and doorshout, knock and doorbells)

Allow businesses to earn money by people entering said business (when it's open) - This will allow people to be motivated to open more and at the same time be able to pay their staff for the amount of hours / work they dedicate for said opening.

please remove the seatbelt chat warning spam - it's very annoying. I can already see the warning on the speedo, so no need to get spammed with both audio / chat and on the HUD
