I'm not gonna draft a six page essay because no one would read it, but. My suggestion is very simple: -> Make it so that the WEEKLY paycheck hours count when you're on-duty and off-duty as well.

Can I add a bit of comment as well, maybe we make it hourly paycheck so it's kind of more realistic that payment rate is equivalent to how active the player is online, otherwise it might end up faction members just not logging in but getting paid on a weekly basis.

I think what you can do is just enforce a certain ABAS (activity requirement per 30 days).
