We've got apartment buildings, but we can only make use of them by creating a single unit (WHICH IS A WASTE OF RESOURCES & SPACE) - Let's work on creating a script where, if you go to an apartment building and you press E or Y (you're given a menu that shows available floors and available apartments) make them purchasable and also make it so that LEO and FIRE controls work there (being able to unlock the interior, being able to use flashbangs on that interior, being able to gas the interior and doorshout, knock and doorbells)

Current system is able to kind of be executed in a similar way albeit less intuitive. I think this would be a very useful addition considering the recent move to Paleto!

Expand this to add a central Lobby as well, (Would be cool to have apartment communities with common areas to RP on top of this)
