Hello RPP, As many of you know our development team have been powering through what we want to call probably the hardest period we've encountered. We had a ready to launch RAGEMP script and then had to convert quickly to FiveM. We've minimized disruption, of course at a cost. This has been a significant expense for us on our side to bring things up to speed. However, thank you to the amazing work of @java and @FatCatTuxedo along with my support, we've been able to absolutely smash this out. I'm so blessed to have two of the best people in this game, honestly. I wanted to reach out really to take a second to step back, thank you all for your constant support during our development. I am now able to confirm that our launch will be 100% going ahead on the 3rd June 2026 at 6pm UK time. As a result, we are expecting a lot of traffic during this time, as well as malicious actors to attempt to hinder this. Last time we announced our launch period, we encountered DDOS attacks and infrastructure attacks, which at the time we did not disclose. We've since made significant improvements to our infrastructure and will do everything we can to mitigate any form of attack. While I have this opportunity to speak to everyone, I'd like to continue to reassure that we will not fall back on our promises, we remain committed to ensuring that we provide the experience promised. We remain committed to ensuring that we give you, the user the control and freedom you deserve. No more holding you back, we want you to thrive here. My DM's remain open, at all times. I will always be contactable, approachable and understanding to situations. I am happy to hop into VC's, speak to you and do not see myself any different. My management team is the same. We've worked hard to train our team, ensuring we have the right people in the right places and I am more than confident we'll sail into this with ease and be able to offer all promises. I will not stop until we deliver what we've promised. I do need to lock-in for this final period, so messaging me may be a bit flaky, I may seem stressed and I assure you I am! Just give me this next couple of weeks and you'll see the pay off. Once again, RPP. Thank you so much for all of your support, your comments and feedback. See you all on the 3rd June 2026.

ADDITION: G2.8 - Account & Character Transparency: Everyone deserves to know who operates each character. This means, characters must be publicly linked to an account username. This is for ease of reporting, and also for ease of assurance to specific players who may actively not wish to communicate with the player and to prevent issues. G2.9 - Reporting Players: All reports must be made via /report. In case of no admins being available for a report, we may automatically defer your ticket to a UCP report. Reports will not be made public. Player to Player reports, as staff reports will remain private between the reporter and the reported. Reports will be handled in priority case basis.

UCP Patch Notes - Major Rollout (1 June 2026) A lot's landed in the UCP over the last few days. This thread is the one place to scan everything new. Most of it is live now; the rest goes live with the next rebuild. Account Security Mandatory 2FA on every UCP login. No "remember 2FA". Every sign-in challenges. TOTP or email OTP, you pick at setup. Passkeys (WebAuthn). Sign in with Face ID, Windows Hello, or a YubiKey. UCP-only, since FiveM doesn't support WebAuthn. Forum account auto-link. Every UCP login re-affirms the OAuth link between your RPP account and your forum account. Glitched or unlinked accounts heal themselves on sign-in. UCP password = forum password at registration. Changing your UCP password now cascades to the forum automatically. There's also a "Push my UCP password to the forum" button in Settings if your forum login is out of sync. Settings, Forum account card shows live link status with one-click resync and password push. Banking & Statements Real bank statements you can download from Banking. Fleeca-branded in the lore green, with the F mark, "Banking in your interest." tagline, sort code, account holder block, opening and closing balance summary, and a full transaction table with running balance. Browser "Save as PDF" gives you a clean PDF. Statements modal lists the last 24 months with totals each. Click a month to download. Custom date-range picker too. Period filter bar above your transactions: This month, Last 30 days, 90 days, YTD, All. Live period stats: money in, money out, net, transaction count. Updates instantly as you swap periods. Three new analytics cards: Spending by category donut. Top 5 categories, colour-coded with percentages and dollars. Balance trend sparkline. Your running balance graphed across the period. Money flow card. Savings rate (green over 20%, amber over 0, red below 0), average per transaction, biggest expense. All bank movement is now cleared through "Fleeca Banking", the in-house faction with a $50B float. Loan payments actually move money into Fleeca's faction bank; deposits, withdrawals, and transfers are logged in their faction ledger so leadership can see customer activity. Credit (New) A full FICO-style credit system at /credit, per character. Score 300 to 850 built from five weighted components: payment history (35%), card utilisation (30%), credit history length (15%), credit mix (10%), new credit (10%). Liquid savings nudge the score up by a small bonus. Five products: credit card, line of credit, personal loan, auto loan, and secured loan (against a property you actually own, not leased, not state-housing, not already mortgaged). Mortgages stay in-game. Real-bank application wizard at /credit/apply. Full-page typeform, 14 screens: product, amount, term, purpose, collateral or vehicle picker, employment, income and debt with live DTI ratio, housing, deposit account, indicative terms (APR, monthly payment, total interest, total to repay), OOC disclaimer, eight required acknowledgements, and an e-signature step that requires you to type your character's full legal name. Vehicle loans pull live dealership inventory. Pick the actual car you want from the lot. Search, filter by category, see condition, price, sale percent, and the painted colour swatch. The order is placed through the existing in-game dealership pipeline; you collect the car in-game. Score-based deposits on auto loans: 30% (Poor), 20% (Fair), 10% (Good), 5% (Very good), 2% (Excellent). Deposit is debited from your bank on approval; the bank pays the dealer directly. Automatic repossession. Secured loans and auto loans both: miss two monthly payments and the system seizes the collateral with no admin review. Property gets relisted at 80% of pledged value; vehicles get sent to the impound lot. A fraud referral is filed automatically. Score takes the full hit. Detailed credit dashboard: score gauge, component breakdown card with weight %, score history chart, summary tiles (balance owed, available credit, utilisation, monthly due), per-account cards with APR, limit, available, monthly, on-time and missed counts, utilisation bar or repayment progress, expandable payment history. Live alerts at the top of the page when anything's wrong: missed payments, overdue payments, payments due in under 7 days, high utilisation (over 80%), and applications under manual review. Early payoff with no penalty, close paid-off cards when you're done with them. Cannot be revoked OOC. Admins cannot cancel a signed loan. By design. Faction Portal - Players Live at My Faction. Invite, accept, decline invitations by character name or ID. 7-day TTL. Roster with rank changes (audit-logged reason), kick (5-character minimum reason), assignments (division, position, callsign) for law and EMS. Rank editor. 13 capability columns: invite, kick, promote, contraband, loadouts, uniforms, vehicles, intranet, roster, ban, ranks, leadership, plus the new practice medicine for LSFD. Loadouts (law and EMS) and Uniforms (full 12 clothing component slots and 5 prop slots; default-on-duty per gender). Fleet management. Create, edit, delete vehicles; take-home assignments to specific members; live colour pickers. Bans: soft (character only) or hard (whole account). Reasons required, lift requires leadership. Notion-style hierarchical docs with parent and child pages, icons, per-page read AND edit permissions (specific ranks, minimum rank, leadership-only, or all members), revision history. LSFD Medical portal: search patients, view full chart, prescribe (including REPEAT prescriptions with auto-validate option), approve or deny patient repeat requests, issue invoices (with installment plans), file chart notes (categorised: clinical, triage, allergy, follow-up, admin). Medical (Patients) Repeat prescription requests straight from your Medical tab. If the doctor flagged the script as "repeat + auto-validate", it fills instantly. Otherwise it queues for LSFD review. Full invoice history with paid and unpaid filter tabs. Pay invoices online from bank or cash; installment-plan-aware (pay one installment or the whole balance). Download invoices as printable HTML. Cmd-P or Ctrl-P saves a clean PDF. DMV - Online Tests Class C theory and practical, and Class B truck practical, are now sit-able online. 27 California Vehicle Code-cited scenario questions for the practical (CVC 21800, 21950, 22352, 22454, 22509, 23123, 23136, 23152, 26708, 42010 and more), 10 heavy-vehicle scenarios for the truck side. Pay the fee, take the test, full Class C or Class B issued automatically on pass. Existing in-game DMV terminals untouched. UCP just gained access to the same exam types. Monthly Survey Every player can submit one monthly RPP survey: what you like, what you'd change, staff rating out of 10, feedback, comments. 50 PP awarded for completing it before month-end. New admin tab for generating monthly reports. Fixes Shipped Along The Way Sign-in 500 caused by a DB race on the new token_version column. Delete-account modal showing blank (missing deletion_* columns). "Valid email required" on the Apply truth-declaration step (race between auth-store load and form submit; email now persists in the draft and is double-checked at submit time). Forum sync write permissions on invision_forum.*. Password syncs and OAuth link inserts now succeed. Admin Survey responses paging 500 (LIMIT ? binding bug).
