Hi good folks of RPP. INTRO I will try to keep this thing short and on point as much as I can. Seeing that most factions get zero to very little RP I came up with an idea on how that could be changed. I think that founding of an "Events team" could do the trick. The name is just a placeholder and it can be named whatever. WHAT IS EVENTS TEAM? The way I imagined it, it would be a dedicated admin team that would ensure that factions (mainly legal) get some more RP by investing their time to create some RP for the said factions. That RP can vary from RPing a medical emergency, robbing a bank, lost hiker, overturned car or some minor crime to RPing an arsonist, kidnapper, serial killer etc. All within limits of RPP and obviously with management approval for some more serious RP They can also RP simple passengers on a bus or patron to an open bar / stand etc. The point is to create engagement and RP for others. HOW WOULD THAT WORK? The events team members would make an additional character. This character would then be given some more freedom in regards of having tons of money, having ability to change names at hand and having ability to spawn in items. Obviously they would need to use it responsibly and these assets are not to be abused or used outside of the intent of making RP for other factions. The events team would then use their characters to RP the said events and create RP for other factions and possibly even individuals. Some larger events would need to be scheduled ahead but the way that would work is as follows: The member of the events team notifies the leaders of the needed factions that an event will take place, they don't tell them what's gonna happen only that something is happening at that time so they can rally some men to be online Once the leaders rally some men and come online the events will take place. The members of factions won't know what is going on until they receive the 911 call so a little bit of mystery keeps it interesting. Members of the Events team can stage and create minor events if they see that there is sufficient number of faction members online (LSFD, LSPD, LSSD etc.) but major events should be scheduled Events team can use /gooc to tell players to log onto their alts that are in emergency services factions 30mins before the major events That would be all for now. Your input and suggestions on how to make this better or why this wouldn't work are greatly appreciated so please feel free to throw your 2 cents in. I would also like to say that, if this were to be approved, I'd gladly take responsibility and brainstorm all ideas of managing this type of team. Thank you for your attention, much love <3
  5. SMALL BACKGROUND ๐Ÿ“œ The Dispatch is a bar that was founded by Cole and Claire Walker. Following their careers in emergency services an idea crossed their mind. They wanted to open a place where each cop, firefighter, paramedic or anyone else could come after a long and draining shift and talk to someone who understands them over a few drinks or a meal. It also serves as a place where people can take their lunch break. Although at heart The Dispatch is a first responder bar, it welcomes all patrons regardless of their background and job. LOCATION ๐Ÿ“ The Dispatch is Located on 807 Mirror Park Boulevard. It is right across the way from LTD ACTIVITIES ๐ŸŽฏ The Dispatch offers a pool table, dartboard and UNO cards set free of charge to all patrons. All you have to do is bring or meet a friend and talk to the bartender! AMBIANCE ๐ŸŽ‰ The Dispatch is a First Responders bar and therefore it is decorated in a way that will reflect that. However everyone is welcome to sit down and grab a few drinks at their leisure time. The Dispatch is also heavily influenced by 80's style bars and it almost always plays 80's style rock music. Our friendly bartenders will make sure that your visit here stays an unforgettable experience. 9. Los Santos Fire Department "Serving with Courage, Integrity, & Pride" Introduction The Los Santos Fire Department is one of the longest-standing factions on the server, drawing heavy inspiration from both the Los Angeles Fire Department and the Los Angeles County Fire Department. As the serverโ€™s dedicated Fire & EMS faction, we provide immersive emergency services roleplay to the community through realistic operations, training, and emergency response scenarios. Our goal is to authentically represent elements of both agencies by blending operational practices, specialized services, and departmental structure to create a realistic and engaging roleplay experience. We portray a wide variety of emergency service functions, including fire suppression, emergency medical services, technical rescue, hazardous materials response, public safety diving, air operations, airport firefighting, wildland firefighting, search and rescue, K9 operations, lifeguard services, and maritime firefighting. We remain committed to delivering the highest quality Fire & EMS roleplay possible and are always open to community feedback, ideas, and suggestions to continue improving the experience for everyone. Current Leadership Fire Chief Cole Walker (( @Refik98)) Deputy Chief "Vacant" Battalion Chief "Vacant" History The Los Santos Fire Department (LSFD) traces its origins to the cityโ€™s early need for organized emergency response as Los Santos rapidly expanded into a densely populated metropolitan center. Originally formed to provide basic fire suppression services to residential and commercial districts, the department gradually evolved alongside the city, adapting to increasing population growth, urban development, industrial expansion, and emerging public safety demands. Over time, the department expanded from a traditional firefighting organization into a modern all-hazards emergency response agency, integrating emergency medical services, rescue operations, hazardous materials mitigation, aviation support, and specialized response teams into its operational structure. Influenced heavily by large metropolitan fire departments, LSFD developed a service model focused on rapid deployment, professional training, and coordinated emergency response across diverse environments ranging from urban high-rises and industrial corridors to coastal areas, airports, and wildland interfaces. As Los Santos continued to grow, so did the responsibilities of the department. Specialized capabilities were introduced to meet the demands of an increasingly complex city, including technical rescue, marine firefighting, public safety diving, wildland suppression, airport rescue and firefighting, search and rescue operations, and advanced emergency medical response. Today, the Los Santos Fire Department stands as a full-service emergency services organization committed to protecting life, property, and the environment through professional emergency response, training, prevention, and community service. Operating twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, LSFD personnel continue a longstanding tradition of service, responding to emergencies across the city with professionalism, teamwork, and dedication.
