Our operations are centered around the city, but our connections go much further. We are seeking dedicated artists, producers, engineers, managers, promoters and photographers who bring tangible value to our collective. While we deeply value exceptional talent, we place equal importance on loyalty, professional ambition and a shared long-term vision. Founded by Lontrell DeRosa, a Chicago native who learned the music business working behind the scenes at a successful record label before moving to Los Santos to build something of his own.
