OOC Info This faction is supposed to represent a small, unorganised band of criminals dabbling in lower risk crimes as a form of extra income to make their lives a little better. On its inception, it will not be a major force in any of the more traditional rackets such as drug or weapon trafficking, they are simply too outnumbered in that field to make an impact. This faction values individual enterprise and initiative, nothing will be spoonfed. While we will have a racket connecting us, those involved will be expected to go on their own ventures, bringing others into their schemes should they so wish. Recruitment will also be an IC affair; this does not mean support won’t be offered to those struggling with a way to involve themselves. The faction will start out as a rootless group of criminals with no connection to any form of organised LCN organisation or family, what it evolves into will completely be dictated by what happens IC. From the start, at best some individuals may know a guy who knows a guy who may be connected, with this in mind, anyone interested in creating a character should take this on board, we are modern Americans, mostly of Italian descent. What does this mean? Characters portraying a cliche LCN individual based off of the shows and movies will not be tolerated, guidance can be offered to individuals willing to learn. Those wanting to join should be working or middle class, white Americans in their 20s or above, while the majority will be Italian there is room for those of other heritages, just shoot me a DM on Discord if you have any queries.

The Borelli Network The Borelli Network is a loosely based and decentralised group consisting largely of Italian-Americans native to Los Santos. The group emerged as every day working and middle class Americans partaking in crimes, largely of a white collar nature and quick scams to supplement their regular income, acting under the radar in order to earn a bit extra here or there. They have no known 'turf' or territory, operating throughout the city, following the money as it were. Michael Borelli acts as the figurehead of this organisation though there is no real rigidity or structure, individuals involved often go out on their own ventures, involving others when needed or if there is a greater opportunity for money, after all money is the only real motivator behind this network. The group is thought to operate mostly within the realms of identity theft and other related mishandling of data to their own gain. Some individuals may also dabble in low level drugs selling where possible though this is a field dominated by Black and Hispanic gangs, so their impact in that pond is thought to be minimal at best. The small network is thought to have no known connections to any larger organised crime network. (Thread will be expanded and made prettier over time, this is just to get us on the radar for people)

I’m not sure on scripting walls, but maybe there could even be an option for people wanting to be on probation or something similar there.

Yeah that’s sorta how I envisioned it, I know lots of crim RPers in the genre RP like a conviction here or there, it’d be good to see that relayed Ingame a way others can interact with. Especially LEOs. Gives that part of your backstory some weight instead of just a footnote.

Pretty much what it says on the tin, add another menu when making a character that lets players add a criminal history, I’m sure lots of criminal RPers would like it, also makes their crimes a matter of fact when engaging with law enforcement.
