R. FRISONE & E. CERESA & G. GIACOMELLO |

- By the year 2004, at the age of 26, Vigioletti befriended the son of a known gangster in the area. They had met in a bar on Main Street in West Babylon.  His son's name was "Ronnie." Ronnie was younger, 19 years old, but Ronnie and Frank had a lot in common, he had learned that they grew up in the same neighborhood.

With their fathers in and out of jail each for separate situations, they realized that although their fathers were feared, they needed to develop their own reputation to ensure that they could take care of themselves.  At the time Ronnie had been doing work for a group of guys around Deer Park Avenue, Guys of similar age like Bobby Castiglione and Ralph Scorza, and later on, for older guys like Carl Giacomello and Eric Ceresa.

For 6 years, by the time Frank had reached age 28, he was tasked with more important jobs and trusted with violence within the gang.  In 2006, Vigioletti had developed the reputation of a fanatical.  Anything the people he looked up to or he considered family had asked him to do, he would do, alongside Ronald.  The two had already developed their own circle inside of the gang, bringing in new members.

Quote

"The two would become known for breaking into electronic stores for Bobby Castiglione and Ralph Scorza to supply them with stolen goods for their operations."

Frank and Frisone were responsible for a number of jobs for the Deer Park Avenue Gang that did not include murder, but did include threats, coercion and extortion.  Between him and Frisone,  the ongoing rumor is that they have been through at least a hundred degenerates for their gang.  These were not two men people would've liked to see as they answered their front doors.

> In 2004 it was said that Vigioletti laid a beat down on a man in the neighborhood for threatening a young boy of age 12 with a baseball bat.  He did not hold back.  He fractured three of his ribs with his own bat and gave him a such a concussion that the victim did not recollect the situation or prove at all useful to the police.  Witnesses even implicated Vigioletti but would refuse to testify against him or make official statements, saying things like "that's just what I heard, I didn't see anything."

Authorities continuously have questioned Vigioletti about the incident to no avail, as Vigioletti would always say "talk to my lawyer if you think it was me."  Vigioletti's lawyer was known none other than Al Palombella, a common mob lawyer who the police would ping as a piriah to their work.  Nothing ever came of this case, a case that could've been argued as attempted murder.  The police couldn't prove that it was him enough to charge him.

> MADE WAY |

- In 2007, Vigioletti was said to have threatened a local juror in the case of Giacomello's money laundering though he was never charged for it.  He had solidified himself in the area as a feared enforcer for the local gangsters.  Vigioletti was highly feared for a younger guy in the neighborhood amongst his peers thanks to his sporadic nature of what people called would compare to terrorism.  It wouldn't take the neighborhood long to know that Vigioletti was connected.  But of course, he wasn't connected up until this year.

Having handled work for Giacomello and Ceresa mainly, the two founders of the gang, he would learn that he'd been working for two sponsored members of the Genovese crime family.  The plot thickened.

Because after 2007, Giacomello and Ceresa had vouched for him, and introduced him and his partner Frisone to his superior at the time, Carmelo Polito.  They would begin kicking up 10% of the money they make together, but Frisone and Vigioletti were not known to make a lot of money.  They were more dependable for influence.  After the job they pulled for Giacomello and Ceresa coercing a juror, they had become officially associated in the Polito Crew.  They used their new positions to build their influence with the gang back home among newer members.

> Deer Park Avenue, Again |

Frank Vigioletti returned from his mysterious disappearance in 2026, and Deer Park felt his presence once more. Rumors quickly spread throughout the old neighborhood, and while the remaining underworld figures kept a wary eye on him, a new player quietly entered the scene: Frank "Vinny" Vincenzo.

Vinny, a man in his thirties from Jersey, arrived with a thick accent, a charismatic smile, and a keen sense of style. No one knew where he came from, but everyone knew he ran the local bar "Mama Rosa's Corner," which was right beneath Vigioletti's apartment. What began as a small hangout for local workers quickly grew into a thriving hub of activity, complete with Italian music, card games, and, most importantly, a place where no deal, rumor, or threat went unnoticed.

Vinny wasn't simply a bartender. He knew how to listen, make people laugh, and, most importantly, know who owed money and who to be wary of. He formed relationships with the crew's younger members while maintaining a respectful distance from the old bosses, as if he knew more than he let on.

Frank Vigioletti initially distrusted him. He disliked unpredictable people, particularly those who rose to prominence quickly. But, over time, he realized Vinny wasn't just gathering information; he was also learning how to manage it. Vinny evolved into a mediator between rivals, a bridge between crews, and a messenger—sometimes gentle, sometimes menacing—on behalf of the true power players.

It is said that one night, when a young punk attempted to extort money from Vinny's customers, Vinny quietly locked the door and had a hushed conversation, and when the punk left, he was never again in Deer Park. After that, no one dared to disturb the peace in the bar.

Vigioletti soon saw Vinny as an asset, not a threat—eyes and ears everywhere, access to people who would never speak directly to Frank, and a link to the next generation of the Deer Park criminal underworld. Vinny's bar became an institution, providing a safe haven for crew members while trapping anyone foolish enough to challenge the old capo's authority.

Mama Rosa's Corner became a neighborhood fixture, where the balance of power shifted between a cocktail and a bite of bruschetta, and every minor move became part of the larger story of Los Santos's underworld.

Six weeks for a couch.

5:15am at the docks, signing for a container of furniture he ordered before the summer. The guard read every line of the manifest. Frank talked through all of it.

Twenty minutes in, twenty minutes out. Nice couch.
