Would be pretty cool if when you snorted a line, it would say something like "Pupils seem dilated" or after smoking weed it could say "Eyes are red and narrowed" etc.

right now there is a system in place for addiction when characters are addicted, and withdrawal especially. But for ACTUALLY using too would be great

That would be fitting honestly. Maybe it's more like forced /ame's, so it doesnt necessarily take up chat or something but can still be noticed.
