As the title suggests, autodrive being stuck at 30mph is kinda annoying, especially when the listed speedlimt is sometimes double that or more.

Just would like to see it either increased or variable

+1 I absolutely feel like we need this.

Autodrive also is very indecisive on when it should run. I've once sat at a (green) stop like for 3 whole cycles before it finally decided to creep across the intersection at 3mph, then speed up to 30
