As it stands currently, its quite difficult to find places that actually have housing, and i feel like something like a dynamic map either ingame or in the UCP would help alot with that, dynamic in a way that you can click the property and see its price, how much financing would be and rental too, and would self-update whenever new properties get added in, if not a map, then maybe a list of available properties for sale ingame with a GPS to that property would be a good option aswell
