Each approved faction is paired with a dedicated Handler who serves as their primary point of contact throughout the faction’s lifecycle. Handlers are responsible for ensuring factions operate within server standards while also helping leadership maintain structure, activity, and quality roleplay. They are not intended to micromanage factions, but to provide guidance, oversight, and consistent communication between faction leadership and LFM. LFM Guide Role of a Faction Handler ⓘ Faction Handlers are responsible for: Acting as the primary liaison between Legal Faction Management and assigned factions Providing feedback and guidance on faction structure, documentation, and operations Reviewing faction-related requests before escalation when applicable Monitoring faction activity and overall performance Assisting leadership with questions, concerns, and operational challenges Helping resolve internal issues when they impact faction stability Ensuring factions remain aligned with server standards and expectations LFM Guide Expectations of a Faction Handler As a staff member of RPP, you are held to higher standards than any of the other community members. ⓘ Faction Handlers are expected to remain: Professional and impartial Active and responsive Fair in their evaluations and feedback Supportive while maintaining server standards Consistent in enforcing LFM policies Handlers are not faction owners. do not run factions nor are they administrators. Their role is to guide, support, and ensure quality—not to control day-to-day operations.
